Cancellation Policy

At Blaze HR, we strive to offer a seamless experience to all our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before subscribing to our services.

Free Trial Period

  • We offer a 30-day free trial for all new users starting from the date of registration to experience all the features of Blaze HR.
  • At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically be activated, and the payment will be charged to your card details you entered at the time of registration. 

Billing Cycle

  • We offer a monthly billing cycle for your subscription payments. 
  • For payments due on 29th of each month will be charged on 28th for the month of February in a non-leap year. Payments due on 31st of a month will be charged on last calendar day of each month.

Cancellation Before During Trial Period

  • If you wish to cancel your subscription before the free trial ends, you must notify us by sending an email to info@blazehr.co.uk from your registered email address or by phone on +44 1268 395041. 
  • If you are calling us to cancel the subscription, we will need you to verify your identity through our verification process. This may include verifying your registered email and account details.
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 3 business days before the end of trial period to avoid any charges.

Cancellation Notice Period During Subscription Period

  • Once your subscription is active, a minimum of 14-day notice is applicable for cancellation.
  • To cancel, you must submit the request at least 14 days before start of your next billing cycle.
  • If your request is received within 14 days of your next billing cycle start date, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the subsequent billing cycle.
  • This policy ensures that all cancellations are processed smoothly without unexpected disruptions.

Non-Refundable Payments

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • We encourage you to fully utilise the free trial period to ensure that Blaze HR meets their requirements before subscribing and request for a demo if required.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your Blaze HR subscription, please contact us via:

Please provide the following details to ensure a smooth cancellation process:

  • Your account details (registered email or licence key).
  • The reason for cancellation (optional but helps us improve our services).

Post-Cancellation Access

  • Once your cancellation request is confirmed, your subscription will remain active until 12 midnight GMT of the last date your billing cycle.
  • After this period, access to Blaze HR will be revoked, and no further subscription charges will be charged unless you re-subscribe.

Confirmation of Cancellation

  • Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include the date till which you will have access to the system.
